La parte inferiore del montante (B) ha un piccolo
foro per vite a 13 mm dall’estremità. Serrare una
vite (A), in questo foro, quindi far scorrere una
rastrelliera (C) lungo il montante fino a quando
non si alloggia sulla vite. Il lato con la tacca della
rastrelliera (cerchiato) deve essere rivolto verso il
basso.
Serrare una vite nel foro superiore successivo,
poi far scorrere in posizione un’altra rastrelliera.
Continuare questa operazione fino a quando non
siano state montate tutte le rastrelliere. Per avere
delle posizioni differenti della rastrelliera praticare
ulteriori fori da 2,5 mm. Ripetere i passaggi 1 e 2
per l’altro montante e relative rastrelliere.
Trovare una posizione d’installazione in grado
di sostenere il carico e accertarsi di effettuare
il fissaggio a dei supporti strutturali. Installare
i montanti a una distanza compresa tra 1.200
mm e 1.800 mm (da 4' a 6'). Per lo stoccaggio di
materiali molto lunghi usare WoodRack aggiuntivi.
Montare i distanziali (D) sopra i fori d’installazione,
come mostrato, e fissare alla parete utilizzando
i dispositivi di fissaggio consigliati (non forniti)
come indicato nei passaggi 4, 5 o 6.
Installazione su muratura: Utilizzare tasselli
per muratura da 6 mm adatti per il fissaggio di
spessori di 30-40 mm.
Immagazzinamento di piccoli oggetti:
Costruire una semplice mensola per uno qualsiasi
dei livelli come mostrato.
Installazione su legno: Usare viti per legno a
testa esagonale da 5,5 mm, almeno 65 mm. Ove
richiesto installare supporti verticali.
Uso all'esterno: Per la protezione dalle
intemperie fissare dei listelli orizzontali su
un foglio di plastica, quindi montare il listello
superiore sopra le rastrelliere.
Installazione su un capanno in acciaio:
Assicurarsi che le rastrelliere siano fissate al
telaio strutturale. Per il fissaggio all’acciaio
utilizzare bulloni di 6 mm al minimo. Per il
fissaggio al legno, vedere la fig. 5. Se necessario,
installare degli elementi verticali dal pavimento al
tetto – fissare alla lamiera di acciaio con elementi
di fissaggio ogni 300 mm.
