Cortes ranurados transversales

• Loscortesranuradostransversalesdehasta200
mm (8 ") de largo se pueden realizar con ayuda de un
transportador.
• Coloqueunlistóndemaderausandolostornillosa
través de los orificios situados en uno de los lados del
transportador. Sitúelo más allá de la fresa.
• Realiceunpequeñocorteenellistóndemaderapara
evitar que la pieza de trabajo se astille. (Fig. 21)

mm aproximadamente (24 ") se pueden realizar en
un Workcentre con ayuda de una placa de montaje
opcional para fresadoras y sierras caladoras (AJA150)
(Fig.22)
• Paracortesranuradostransversalesenpiezaslargas,
utilice la mesa extensible deslizante en el modo de
aserrado. Fije un listón de madera en frente de la guía
de corte usando elementos de sujeción, introdúzcalo
hacia la fresa para prevenir que la pieza de trabajo se
astille.

• Estostiposdecortessepuedenrealizarenlaguía
deslizante MDF colocando espaciadores de madera de
longitud adecuada en la parte frontal y posterior del
deslizador para limitar el recorrido.
• Tambiénsepuedenrealizarconeldeslizadordela
mesa extensible colocando otro tipo de topes como
(tubos o abrazaderas) en el carril interior para limitar el
recorrido de la tabla.
• Paraloscortesranuradostransversalesquetengan
topes en ambos extremos necesitará colocar la pieza
de trabajo por debajo de la fresadora. Para realizar
esta tarea, se recomienda realizar el corte en el modo
de mesa en un Workcentre con una placa de montaje
opcional para fresadoras y sierras caladoras (AJA150).
• Despuésderealizaruncorte,asegúresedenoretirar
la pieza de trabajo mientras la fresadora esté en
funcionamiento. Desconecte la fresadora y espere
hasta que la fresa se detenga por completo.
