Come riempire il serbatoio d’acqua.

• Scollegare la presa di corrente del ferro.

• Impostare il regolatore del vapore per stiratura a secco.(fig.3)

• Riempire il serbatoio d’acqua attraverso il foro di riempimento.(fig.1, 2)

Non riporre il ferro da stiro con acqua all’interno del serbatoio.

Non usare acqua con azione disincrostante o profumata.

Nel caso l’acqua della vostra zona fosse particolarmente dura, si consiglia di utilizzare solamente acqua

distillata o demineralizzata.

Regolazione della temperatura

• Controllare le indicazioni di stiratura riportate sull’etichetta dell’indumento da stirare.

• Nel caso in cui l’etichetta dell’indumento non riporti alcuna indicazione per la stiratura e si conosce il

tipo di tessuto, fare riferimento allo schema riportato qui sotto.

• I tessuti che hanno rifiniture particolari (lucidatura, pieghe, contrasti….) possono essere stirati alle

temperature più basse.

• Se il tessuto contiene diversi tipi di fibre, scegliere sempre la temperatura applicabile. Nel caso il capo

da stirare contenesse 60% di poliestere e 40% di cotone, occorre sempre scegliere la temperatura

corrispondente al poliestere e senza vapore.

• Classificare prima di tutto i capi da stirare sulla base della temperatura di stiratura più appropriata :

lana con lana, cotone con cotone ecc…Poiché il ferro si riscalda tanto rapidamente quanto si raffredda,

iniziare la stiratura dai capi che richiedono la temperatura più bassa, quali le fibre sintetiche.

Proseguire in seguito con i capi che richiedono le temperature più elevate.

• Ruotare il termostato fino a raggiungere il simbolo della temperatura desiderata come qui sotto

riportato:

· posizione per nylon e acetato.

·· posizione per lana, seta o misti.

··· posizione per cotone o lino (vapore).
