RECIPES
For the recipes mentioned below you need the following materials:
Kitchen scale
1 big mixing bowl
1 electrical mixer
Spoon
Silicone scoop
Toothpick
Paper baking shapes (not necessary)
1 cooking pan (for chocolate mun)
Basic recipe for 12 muns
Ingredients
125 grams of butter
125 grams of crystal sugar
125 grams of self-rising our
2 table spoons of milk on room temperature
2 (big) eggs
Preparation
Take the butter and eggs out of the refrigerator and let them reach
room temperature. Cut the butter and fruits in little squares. Measure
all ingredients with a measuring cup or scale and place the dierent
ingredients in separate bowls. Measure precisely, this is crucial for making
a good mun dough.
Preparation
Put the butter in a bowl and add the sugar bit by bit.
Turn the mixer on medium speed, mix the butter and sugar until it is
smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one by one, mix the dough well on medium speed.
Now add the self-rising our bit by bit, mix the dough continuously on
medium speed.
At last add the milk and mix everything together on high speed, for
another 1 or 2 minutes.
Recipe for 12 strawberry muns
Extra ingredients needed
65 grams of strawberry
Preparation
See preparation, basic recipe for muns.
Puree a quarter of the strawberries and mix this with a silicon scoop
through the dough, cut the rest of the strawberries into little pieces and
sprinkle them with a little ower. Stir the strawberries pieces through
the dough. When you are using frozen strawberries, make sure the
strawberries are defrosted and dept dry.
