• Never use the mixer for longer than 1 minute continuously, after this
allow the mixer to cool down for 5 minutes.
• The blades of the slicing and chopping disk and the blade chopping
are very sharp, avoid physical contact, you can seriously injure.
USE
Using the chopper
• The hand blender is intended for:
• Blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed
drinks and shakes.
• Mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
• Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
• Put the S/S stick on the base until it clicks.
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients to avoid splashing.
• Press and hold the normal or turbo speed button to switch on the
appliance When you use the normal speed button, you can adjust the
speed with the speed controller. The higher the speed, the shorter the
processing time required. To select a different speed setting, turn the
speed selector to the preferred setting before or while you press the
normal speed button.
• When you use the turbo speed button, the appliance operates at
maximum speed. In this case, you can’t adjust the speed with the
speed controller.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down
and in circles.
• Press the release buttons to disconnect the base of the S/S stick.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always remove the plug from the socket when the device will be
cleaned.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive
cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the device.
• Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. The device in
not dishwasher proof.
• The components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. If
exposed to heat or caustic cleaners they might become misshapen or
discolored.
GUARANTEE
• Tristar is not liable for damages occurred through:
o In case the appliance has fallen.
o In case the appliance has been technically changed by the owner or
another third party.
o In case of improper use of the appliance.
o In case of normal wear of the appliance.
• By executing repairs the original warranty period of 2 years will not
be extended, nor the right to a complied new warranty. This warranty
is only legal on European soil. This warranty does not overrule the
European directive 2011/83/EU.
• Always keep your receipt, without this receipt you can not claim any
form of warranty whatsoever.
• Damage caused by not following the instruction manual will lead to
a void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages Tristar will
not be liable.
• Tristar will not be liable for material damage or personal injury caused
by improper use or if the safety instructions are not properly executed.
