L) Garantia
O fabricante é responsável pela garantia do aparelho comercializado pelo mesmo durante 24 meses a partir da
data de aquisição (recibo de compra).
Durante o período de garantia, o fabricante providenciará a reparação ou a substituição gratuita do aparelho em
caso de defeito de material ou de fabrico.
O documento de aquisição constitui o comprovativo para a garantia. Sem este comprovativo de aquisição, a
substituição e a reparação não serão efectuadas gratuitamente.
Se a garantia for válida, envie o aparelho completo na embalagem original, juntamente com o recido de compra,
ao concessionário local.
O Cliente não terá direito à substituição do aparelho por motivos de componentes de vidro quebrados e
acessórios com defeito. No entanto, estes componentes serão substituídos gratuitamente. Neste caso, apenas
será necessário encomendar o acessório defeituoso, não sendo necessário devolver todo o aparelho!
A limpeza, assistência e substituição de componentes desgastados não está abrangida por esta garantia e,
assim, estarão sujeitas a pagamento.
A garantia é anulada em caso de manuseamento em nome de terceiros.
Após a garantia
Uma vez expirada a garantia, as reparações poderão ser efectuadas por técnicos especializados ou serviços de
reparação, sendo que estes serviços estarão sujeitos a pagamento.
