When the fryer has reached the desired temperature, one should remove the fryer lid and place the food into the
basket. Do not overfill the basket as the food will not cook properly. Lower the basket slowly into the fryer to avoid
splashes of oil and then place the lid back on the fryer.
Warning : Show care when removing the lid as hot steam may be emitted.
When the food is ready, remove the lid and attach the handle to the basket. Lift out the basket and allow to drain
the basket at an angle on the lip of the bowl.
Ensure the food is thoroughly cooked in- and outside.
Always unplug the deep fat fryer after use.
FOR BEST RESULTS
Always dry food well before frying. Very 'wet' food can cause the oil to 'foam' and may overflow.
Food for frying should be roughly of the same size to ensure the food cooks evenly and thoroughly.
Many types of food may need to be coated before frying - typical coatings are batter or breadcrumbs.
Always wait until the fryer has reached the desired temperature and the light has gone out, before adding the food.

Ensure the level of the fat or oil is higher than the minimum and less than the maximum, so between the minimum

Change the oil or fat after 8 to maximum 10 times use.
Remove all ice (molecules) on frozen foods. Make sure that fried foods will be thawed first, by laying the food in a
dry clean towel. Dab the food with the towel when the majority of ice is melted.
Make sure there is enough space around the fryer when you use it.
Let the fryer cool down uncovered in order to prevent condensation. Keep the fryer in a dry, safe place.
DON’T
Never store or place the bowl outside or in a damp place. Keep your fryer away from rain or moisture.
Do not place food in the fryer when it is warming. Have patience and wait until the fryer have reached the right
temperature.
Do not fry too much food at once.
Never cover the bowl and the filter.
Do not add water to the fat or oil
CLEANING
Unplug the deep fat fryer.
Wait until the unit is completely cool before taking out the oil tank, disposal of the oil and cleaning the appliance.
Do not use strong detergents or abrasive cloths/liquid as this will damage the deep fat fryer. Clean the outside of the
deep fat fryer with a warm slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Never immerse the deep fat fryer or lid in water.
When changing the oil - take this opportunity to clean the interior of the bowl. Pour the oil from the bowl and dry the
interior of the bowl with absorbent paper. Then wipe the interior of the bowl in warm soapy water.
Attention : given the electronic unit under the appliance, never immerse the motor-part into water. Dry thoroughly.
Change the oil regularly. Pour out the old oil from the bowl and dispose of oil thoughtfully.
Clean your deep fat fryer regularly. This will prolong the life of your deep fat fryer.
MALFUNCTION
Wait until the deep fat fryer is completely cool before storage.
The unit can be stored with the oil inside. Ensure the lid is tightly closed to avoid dust getting into the oil.
