Podem ser combinados vários tipos de vegetais num
mesmo tacho.
Guia de quantidades; vegetais, 120 gramas e 140-
160 gramas de carne por pessoa.
Portanto, para mais de 5 pessoas é aconselhado
utilizar dois tachos de vegetais e dois tachos de
carne, com um adicional ou uma sobremesa, até
para 6 pessoas.
Pode ser usados vegetais congelados, mas o prato
fica com mais água e os vegetais podem ficar menos
firmes.
Os molhos de culinária Boemboe estão disponíveis
em 9 variedades (sempre que disponíveis): 3 pratos
de vegetais, 2 pratos de carne, 3 para carne de
frango e 1 para carne de porco. Pode elaborar o seu
próprio menu combinando dois pratos de vegetais
com dois pratos de carne. Seguem-se os vários molhos
de culinária Boemboe descritos. É claro que pode
experimentar trocar ou utilizar outros ingredientes, os
molhos são como misturas de especiarias finas.

Para finalizar a mesa de jantar de arroz indonésio,
todos os seguintes acompanhamentos são adequados

Atjar Tjampoer (Pickles indonésios)
Cebola frita (deliciosa com arroz ou massa)
