Sie die Taste „CHRONO“.
Der Schrittzähler zählt jetzt
maximal 99.999 Schritte. Zum
Stoppen drücken Sie ebenfalls
die Taste „CHRONO“. Sie
setzen den Schrittzähler auf
„0“ zurück, indem Sie ihn mit
Druck auf die
Taste „CHRONO“ stoppen und
dann die Taste „LAP/RESET“
Schrittfrequenz ändern
und bestätigen
3.6 Schrittzähler
Der Schrittzähler erzeugt Signal-
töne, deren Frequenz Sie in 5er
Schritten (30–180 Signale/min.)
einstellen und so Ihrer Schrittfre-
quenz anpassen können.
Verwendung des Schrittzählers
Drücken Sie im Modus der
aktuellen Zeit so oft die Taste
„MODE“, bis „PACER“ im Dis-
play erscheint.
so lange drücken, bis
der Zähler umspringt.
Einstellen der Schrittfrequenz
Drücken Sie im Schrittzähler-
modus 2 Sek. lang die Taste
„MODE“. Wenn die Ziffern der
Schrittfrequenz blinken, können
Sie die Einstellung mit den Tasten
„CHRONO“ und „LAP/RESET“
erhöhen bzw. vermindern. Lan-
ges Drücken der Taste „MODE“
bestätigt die Eingabe.
