e) Es importante que, en el diálogo "fo r m a t e a r p a r ti Ció n", no olvide seleccionar "no f o r m a t e a r e s t a p ar t iCi ón"/

f) Para concluir la creación de la partición, haga clic en "t
e r m i n a r ". Ha creado una partición no formateada
para su MovieStation.
Formateo con "H2format"
a) Descargue el programa "H2
f o r m a t " y descomprímalo en una carpeta cualquiera.
b) Abra la línea de comando mediante "i
n iCi o" + "pr o g r a m a s " + "aC C e s o r i o s " "+ "sí m b o l o D e l s i s t e m a ".

Para poder utilizar "H2f o r m a t " bajo Windows® Vista para el formateo de su MovieStation es necesario que ejecute el
programa como administrador.
Para ello haga clic en "• i
n i c i o " + "Pr o g r a m a S " + "ac c e S o r i o S ", clic del botón derecho en "Sí m b o l o d e l S i S t e m a ".
Seleccione la opción "• e
j e c u t a r c o m o a d m i n i S t r a d o r " para iniciar la línea de comando en modo administrador. En caso de
que aparezca una pregunta sobre el control de cuentas de usuario de Windows, seleccione "co n t i n u a r ".
c) En la línea de comando, vaya a la carpeta en la que descomprimió antes el programa.
d) Comience el formateado de la MovieStation con FAT32 mediante el comando "
H2f o r m a t " y la denominación de disco
que asignó antes a la MovieStation. El comando podría ser por ejemplo: "H2f o r m a t t:".

Atención: Preste especial atención a la selección de la unidad de disco correcta, ya que si introduce una letra de unidad
errónea podría formatear la unidad equivocada y perder toda la información contenida en esta de manera irreversible.
e) Después del formateado, apague la MovieStation y vuélvala a encender para que su ordenador pueda recibir la
información del formateado correctamente.
Mac® OS X a partir de 10.3
Para formatear la MovieStation bajo Mac® OS X, con el formato de datos "fat32" proceda como se indica a continuación:
a) Mediante "f
i n D e r " + "ut i l i D a D e s ", abra la opción "uti liD aD D e D i s C o ".
b) Haga clic en la MovieStation; esta aparece con su número de modelo. Seleccione el disco duro o la partición que
desea formatear.
c) En la ventana derecha, seleccione la opción "b
o r r a r ".
d) En la lista desplegable, seleccione el sistema de archivos "s
i s t e m a D e a r C H i V o s ms Dos" para el disco duro/partición
a formatear e introduzca un nombre en el campo correspondiente.
e) Haga clic en el botón "b
o r r a r " para comenzar el formateo.
