 NB during cooking, the green ready to cook light will cycle on and off to show that the temperature is

being maintained at the correct cooking temperature.

Place the food to be cooked onto the ceramic plates and close the lid.

NB the lid adjusts and allows for the height of the food placed in the grill and so maintains even contact

with the food for best results:

As the food cooks any excessive fat produced will drain away due to the curved nature of the cooking

plates and exit through the outlet holes on either side and into the two drip trays. Thus the grill will

produce tasty healthy cooked food.

The drip trays must be emptied and cleaned after cooking.

The infusion channel

If desired before cooking sprinkle herbs, dry spices or pour a little wine or other flavouring into the

infusion channel around the outside of the bottom plate. This will infuse/smoke these flavours into the

food during cooking:

lifts when it is closed to allow for

the height of the food. This enables

the grill to cook all the food evenly

on both sides.
