Wafel bakjes:
- 1 ei
- 125 g bloem
- 250 ml melk
- 0,5 eetlepel suiker
- 1 eetlepel olie
- 0,5 theelepel bakpoeder
- 0,5 theelepel zout
- Olie voor de wafelbakjes
- Meng de bloem, suiker, bakpoeder en zout
door mekaar
- Klop de melk, ei en olie door elkaar
- Roer het mengsel onder de droge
ingrediënten tot een gladde structuur
- De wafel bakjes platen in het apparaat
plaatsen en met olie inwrijven. Wanneer het
apparaat de baktemperatuur bereikt heeft,
telkens 2 afgestreken eetlepels deeg in de
vorm opvullen. Het apparaat sluiten en de
wafelbakjes hierin ong. 4 minuten bakken
- De rest van het deeg op dezelfde manier
verwerken
- Vul de wafelbakjes met de gewenste
vullingen
Bloemvormige cakejes:
- 4 eieren
- 200 g boter
- 200 g bastaardsuiker
- 1 zakje vanille suiker
- 200 g bloem
- Snufje zout
- Olie voor de bloem cakejes vorm
- Meng de boter, suiker, vanille suiker en een
snufje zout tot een egale massa
- Klop één voor één de eieren erdoor
- Spatel de bloem erdoor
- De bloem cake platen in het apparaat
plaatsen en met olie inwrijven. Wanneer het
apparaat de baktemperatuur bereikt heeft,
telkens 2 afgestreken eetlepels deeg in de
vorm opvullen. Het apparaat sluiten en de
cakejes hierin ong. 8 minuten bakken
- Versier ze daarna naar eigen keuze
