Caution:
1. Ensure the appliance in placed on a horizontal, flat and stable surface.
Do not place the appliance on non-heart-resistant surface.
2. This appliance is designed for household use only. It may not suitable to be safely used in environments
such as staff kitchens, farms, motels, and other non-residential environments. Nor is it intended to be used
by clients in hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and other residential environments.
3. If the appliance is used improperly or for professional or semi-professional purposes or if it is not used
improperly or for professional or semi-professional purposes or it is not used according to the instructions
in the user manual, the guarantee becomes invalid and we could refuse any liability for damage caused.
4. Always unplug the appliance while not using.
5. The appliance needs approximately 60 minutes to cool down for handle or cleaning safely.
͸Ǥ Make sure the ingredients prepared in the appliance come out golden-yellow instead of dark or brown.
Remove always burnt remnants. And do not fry fresh potatoes at a temperature above 180Ԩ
7. Remove all packaging materials, stickers and labels from the appliance.
8. Thoroughly clean the basket and pan with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
9. Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
10. Place the basket in the pan (Fig.3).
11. Do not fill the pan with oil or any other liquid like frying fat. This is an oil-free fryer that works on air.
Do not put anything on top of the appliance, the airflow will be disrupted and affects the hot air frying
result.
Using the appliance
Automatic switch-off
This appliance is equipped with a timer, when the timer has counted down to 0, the appliance produces a bell
sound and switches off automatically. To switch off the appliance manually, turn the timer knob anticlockwise
to 0.
Hot air frying
1. Connect the mains plug into an earthed wall socket and follow all the rules as described before.
2. Carefully pull the pan out of the Hot-air fryer (Fig.4)
3. Put the ingredients in the basket. (Fig.5)
Never fill the basket beyond the MAX indication or exceed the amount indicated in the table food
settings, as this could affect the quality of the end result.
4. Slide the pan back into the Hot-air fryer (Fig 6)
Noting to carefully align with the guides in the body of the fryer.
Never use the pan without the basket in it.
Caution: Do not touch the pan during and some time after use, as it gets very hot. Only hold the pan by
the handle. Don’t push the basket release button (Fig. 3) while pulling out the hot basket
5. Determine the required preparation time for the ingredient ( see sectionFood settings’ in this chapter).
6. To switch on the appliance, turn the timer knob to the required preparation time (Fig.7)
POWER LIGHT will light and the fan will start.
7. Turn the temperature control knob to the required temperature. See section Food settings’ in this chapter
to determine the right temperature (Fig.7).
Add 3 minutes to the preparation time when the appliance is cold.
Note: if you want, you can also let the appliance preheat without any ingredients inside. In that case,

- Die optimale Menge für die Zubereitung knuspriger Pommes sind 300 Gramm.
- Verwenden Sie vorgefertigten Teig, um gefüllte Snacks schnell und einfach zuzubereiten. Vorgefertigter Teig
benötigt zudem eine kürzere Zubereitungszeit als selbstgemachter Teig.
- Stellen Sie eine Backform (nicht im Lieferumfang dieses Geräts enthalten) oder eine Auflaufform (nicht
enthalten) in die Heißluftfritteuse, wenn Sie einen Kuchen oder Quiche backen oder zerbrechliche bzw.
gefüllte Zutaten frittieren möchten.
- Sie können die Heißluftfritteuse ebenfalls zum Aufwärmen von Zutaten verwenden. Stellen Sie die
Temperatur für 10 Minuten auf 150 °C, um Zutaten aufzuwärmen.
- Für das beste Ergebnis bei „hausgemachten“ Pommes empfehlen wir die Verwendung von vorgebackenen
(z. B. gefrorenen) Pommes. Zubereitungsschritte nachstehend.
a. Schälen Sie die Kartoffeln und schneiden Sie sie dann in längliche Stücke.
b. Legen Sie die länglichen Kartoffelstücke für mindestens 30 Minuten in eine Schüssel mit Wasser.
Nehmen Sie sie dann heraus und trocknen Sie die Kartoffelstücke mit einem Stück Küchenpapier ab.
c. Geben Sie ½ Teelöffel Olivenöl und anschließend die länglichen Kartoffelstücke in eine Schüssel und
mischen Sie sie gut durch, so dass sie mit Öl überzogen sind.
d. Nehmen Sie die länglichen Kartoffelstücke nun mit den Fingern oder einem Küchenutensil heraus, so
dass überschüssiges Öl in der Schüssel bleibt. Legen Sie die länglichen Kartoffelstücke in den Korb.
Hinweis: kippen Sie nicht die ganze Schüssel der länglichen Kartoffelstücken direkt in den Korb, um zu
vermeiden, dass sich überschüssiges Öl auf dem Boden der Pfanne sammelt.
e. Frittieren Sie die länglichen Kartoffelstücke entsprechend der Anleitung in diesem Kapitel.
