6. Tröpfeln Sie ein wenig Dressing über und um das Türmchen und legen Sie die Käsescheiben und
gerösteten Nüsse obenauf.
Salat mit Balsamico und Feigen (Für 4 Personen)
ZUTATEN:
1 Gurke
50 g Haselnüsse
30 g Basilikum
40 g Brunnenkresse
Einige Blätter Radicchio
Einige Blätter Eichblattsalat
6 Feigen (frisch oder getrocknet)
FÜR DAS DRESSING
1,5 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Balsamico-Essig
1/4 TL Zimt
Pfeffer und Salz
Balsamicocreme
ZUBEREITUNG:
1. Schneiden Sie 1 Gurke in Streifen und stellen sie beiseite.
2. Die Haselnüsse in einer trockenen Pfanne rösten und anschließend grob hacken.
3. Dressing zubereiten: In einer Schüssel verquirlen Sie Olivenöl, Essig, Zimt, Salz und Pfeffer.
4. Geben Sie die Stücke grob gehacktes Basilikum, Brunnenkresse, Radicchio und Kopfsalat in eine
Schüssel und verrühren Sie alles mit dem Dressing.
5. Arrangieren Sie den Salat auf Tellern und legen Sie die Gurkenstreifendarüber.
6. Schneiden Sie die Feigen über die Länge in 4 oder 6 Teile und verteilen diese auf den Tellern.
7. Geben Sie erst vor dem Servieren die Balsamicocreme über den Salat und servieren Sie mit den
gehackten Haselnüssen.
