The terracotta lid is very fragile.
The device and accessories are not suitable for the dishwasher.
Repairs only by authorized service departments. Do not open the device.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Scope of Delivery
In the box you find:
1x pizza oven
1x baking sheet
1x terracotta lid
1x handle with nut
6x spatulas
1x dough form
The packaging material can be reused or recycled. Ensure to dispose of the packaging materials at the
appropriate waste disposal sites. Contact your supplier immediately if you detect transport damage.
Installation
Mount the handle with the nut on the lid. Do not use a tool and do not over tighten, because the lid can
easily break.
Clean baking sheet and spatulas before using the pizza oven for the first time.
During the first use of the pizza oven slight smoke and a specific smell can occur. This is normal and will
disappear after a short while.
Recipes
Pizza Dough
500 g flour
Knife point of salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
20 g fresh yeast or 1 packet dry yeast
250 ml lukewarm water
Recipe with fresh yeast:
- Take a bowl and mix the flour with the
olive oil and salt.
- Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water
and stir into a smooth substance.
- Mix the lump-free yeast with the flower.
- Take a bowl and mix the flour, olive oil,
salt, dried yeast and lukewarm water.
- Knead into a smooth dough. Optionally use a blender or food processor.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 45 minutes until the volume is doubled.
- Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it out to a thickness of 3 mm. Turn the dough occasionally
and sprinkle with flour to prevent it to stick.
- Use the round dough form to cut out the pizza bases.
