Making pasta:

Do the pasta according to the following way and you will find it is very easy to make fresh

pasta . Please read these words carefully , and it describes the information of flour,

Too wet; add some flour too dry; add some water correct!

Flour type “45” (available in every supermarket)

Ingrediënt:

- 500 gr flour type “45”

- 3 eggs (225 gr in egg-shell, check carefully)

- 1 tablespoon salt

- 40 ml water

1. Assemble the machine like above indication and make sure the slider is pushed in. If not,

the flour may leak from the mixing container and destroy the machine. Check the mixing

container again to make sure the bottom of the transparent container is cling on the

mixing container base and the gap on the machine is cling on the slider.

2. Open the top cover as the step 5 in disassembling indications and then put the flour into

the transparent container , and then close the cover as step 4 in assembling indications.

3. Plug in and press the “START/STOP” button to start the machine .

4. Add liquid or water: turn the transparent lid anticlockwise and take it out, add the water

into the flour slowly to make the flour to absorb , and then prepare 15% more of the

water in order to add again during the machine works (when the dough is too dry ).

5. Knead the rough: make the motor work 10 mins continuously so as to mix the flour and
