UW ELEKTRISCHE TAJINE GEBRUIKEN
HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
Lees de instructies in deze handleiding voor u de elektrische tajine voor het eerst gebruikt.
Pak het apparaat uit en verwijder alle verpakkingsmaterialen. Maak de kom en het deksel voor
het eerste gebruik schoon met een zachte spons, bevochtigd met een sopje. Spoel grondig af
met schoon water en laat ze drogen. Gebruik geen agressieve of schurende
schoonmaakmiddelen.
NA GEBRUIK
Dompel de verwarmingsplaat nooit in water of andere vloeistoffen. Maak de basis indien nodig
schoon met een vochtige doek en een sopje en veeg grondig droog met een droge doek.
KOOKMETHODEN
Sauteren/ roerbakken
1.Draai de thermostaatknop (2) naar de stand Saute
2. Doe boter/olie (volgens uw recept) in de keramische schaal (3)
3. Doe het voorbereide voedsel in de keramische schaal van de tajine (3)
4. Sauteren/ bakken volgens recept
Bruinen
1. Draai de thermostaatknop (2) naar de stand Brown
2. Doe boter/olie (volgens uw recept) in de keramische schaal (3)
3. Doe het voorbereide voedsel in de keramische schaal van de tajine (3)
4. Bruinen volgens recept
Sudderen
1. Na het sauteren, bruinen of bereiden van uw ingrediënten
2. Draai de thermostaatknop (2) naar de stand Simmer
3. Zorg ervoor dat de ingrediënten gelijkmatig zijn verspreid over de keramische schaal (3)
4. Plaats het deksel (4) op de bovenkant van de keramische schaal (3)
5. Kook voor de voorgestelde tijd volgens uw recept
6. Schakel als het koken is voltooid naar de stand Keep warm of schakel het apparaat uit volgens
de instructies.
Warmhouden
1. De warmhoudfunctie wordt gebruikt om gekookte voedingsmiddelen op serveertemperatuur
te houden.
2. Draai de thermostaatknop (2) naar de stand Keep warm
3. Vergeet niet om het apparaat uit te schakelen, zodra het voedsel is opgediend.
Onthouden
Draai de thermostaatknop na gebruik naar de stand uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u het schoonmaakt.
