1. Neem uw waterfilterkoeler voorzichtig uit de doos. U kunt de verpakking bewaren voor
later gebruik.
2. Controleer de inhoud:
• Waterfilterkoeler
• BRITA MAXTRA waterfilterpatroon
• Gebruikershandleiding
3. Was het doorzichtige plastic deksel, de bovenste watertank en de tank voor gefilterd
water in warm sop, spoel af en droog goed af.
4. Zet de tanks weer in elkaar zoals hieronder is weergegeven.
5. Zet de waterfilterkoeler op een stabiele en vlakke ondergrond, in de buurt van een
stopcontact, maar niet in direct zonlicht en buiten bereik van kinderen.
6. ZORG VOOR VOLDOENDE RUIMTE OM DE WATERFILTERKOELER HEEN,
ZODAT DE HITTE DIE TIJDENS HET KOELPROCES WORDT AFGESCHEIDEN ZICH
KAN VERSPREIDEN. HOUD EEN RUIMTE VAN TEN MINSTE 15 CM AAN TUSSEN
DE VENTILATIEGATEN AAN DE ACHTERKANT VAN DE KOELER EN EEN MUUR OF
OPPERVLAK.
Steek de stekker nog niet in het stopcontact en installeer het filterpatroon nog niet.
7. Til het scharnierdeksel op en giet met een geschikte kan, 2 liter schoon water in de
tank. Zet een glas onder de dispenser terwijl u het water in de tank giet, en duw de
hendel naar achteren om het water af te tappen. OPMERKING: Wanneer u de hendel
ingedrukt houdt, kan de lucht in de interne tank worden vervangen door water. Dit
betekent dat wanneer het apparaat voor het eerst wordt gebruikt, het water stroomt en
zich geen luchtblokkeringen kunnen ontwikkelen. Het kan enige tijd duren voordat het
water doorstroomt.
8. Zet een glas onder de dispenser, duw de hendel naar achteren en laat het water
weglopen.
