WAFFELREZEPTE
WAFFELGRUNDREZEPT
Zutaten (für 15 Waeln)
Selbstaufsteigendes Backmehl 250 g
Zucker 250 g
Buer 250 g
Eier 4 Stk.
Zubereitung
1. Die Buer zerlassen und in einer Schüssel mit Zucker und Eigelb (Eiweiß auewahren) vermischen.
2. Das selbstaufsteigende Backmehl hinzugeben und vermischen.
3. Das Eiweiß hinzugeben und die Zutaten solange vermischen, bis ein glaer luiger Teig entstanden ist.
4. Den Teig in das vorgewärmte Waeleisen (grüne Betriebszustandsanzeige) füllen, den Deckel schließen und
solange warten, bis die Waeln goldbraun gebacken sind.
ROSINENWAFFELREZEPT
Zutaten (für 10 Waeln)
Rosinen 100 g
Mehl 250 g
Hefe 30 g
Lauwarme Milch 3 dl
Eier 4 Stk.
Kristallzucker 1 TL
Geschmolzene Buer 125 g
Zubereitung
1. Die Rosinen in Wasser oder Rum einweichen.
2. Das Mehl in eine Schüssel geben und in die Mie eine Verefung hineindrücken.
3. Die Hefe in der lauwarmen Milch auösen und dann in diese Verefung geben.
4. Die Zutaten in der Schüssel vermischen.
5. Eine Prise Salz, die Eier, den Kristallzucker, die eingeweichten Rosinen und die geschmolzene Buer in die
Schüssel geben.
6. Alle Zutaten solange vermischen, bis ein glaer Teig entstanden ist.
7. Den Teig solange gehen lassen, bis sich sein Volumen verdoppelt hat.
8. Den Teig in das vorgewärmte Waeleisen (grüne Betriebszustandsanzeige) füllen, den Deckel schließen und
solange warten, bis die Waeln goldbraun gebacken sind.
