RECETA PARA GOFRE
RECETA BÁSICA PARA GOFRES
Ingredientes (para 15 gofres)
Harina para hornear con
levadura
250 gr
Azúcar 250 gr
Mantequilla 250 gr
Huevos 4 piezas
Instrucciones
1. Derrita la mantequilla, mezcle en un bol con el azúcar y 4 yemas (conserve la clara de huevo)
2. Añada harina de levadura para hornear y mezcle
3. Añada la clara de huevo que ha conservado y mezcle hasta que se forme una mezcla suave llena de aire.
4. Llene el molde para hacer gofres caliente (luz indicadora verde) con masa, cierre la tapa y espere hasta
que se dore.
RECETA PARA GOFRES CON LEVADURA
Ingredientes (para 10 gofres)
Pasas 100 gr
Harina 250 gr
Levadura 30 gr
Leche bia 3 dl
Huevos 4 piezas
Azúcar granulado 1 cucharadas
Mantequilla derreda 125 gr
Instrucciones
1. Remoje las pasas en agua o ron.
2. Ponga la harina en un bol para mezclar, haga un hoyuelo en la harina.
3. Añada la levadura a la leche bia y añada al hoyuelo de harina.
4. Mezcle los ingredientes en el bol.
5. Añada la pizca de sal, los huevos, el azúcar granulado, las pasas remojadas y la mantequilla derreda al bol.
6. Remueva hasta que se forme una mezcla suave.
7. Examine la mezcla hasta que su tamaño sea el doble.
8. Llene el molde para hacer gofres caliente (luz indicadora verde) con masa, cierre la tapa y espere hasta que
se dore.
