CREACIÓN DE UN CICLO DE COCCIÓN PERSONALIZADO (cont.)
Si la receta indica que debe cocinar la carne a una
determinada temperatura interna, seleccione Probe (Sonda).
Utilice el dial para elegir una temperatura final.
Ahora regresará al menú Steps (Pasos) de su ciclo de
cocción personalizado. El paso que acaba de crear se
guardará automáticamente. Puede añadir otro paso, guardar
el programa de cocción como está, eliminar el programa o
regresar al menú Cook Cycle (Ciclo de cocción).
Una vez haya añadido todos los pasos, seleccione SAVE
(Guardar). Se le indicará si desea seleccionar RUN COOK
CYCLE NOW (Ejecutar ahora el ciclo de cocción). Si selecciona
YES (Sí), regresará a la pantalla inicial y se le indicará que
presione IGNITE (Encender) para comenzar. Si selecciona NO,
volverá al menú Cook Cycle (Ciclo de cocción).
Se mostrará la opción para añadir Super Smoke (Súper
ahumado) al paso. Para añadir Super Smoke (Súper
ahumado), utilice el dial para cambiar entre OFF (Apagado)
(predeterminado) y ON (Encendido). De lo contrario, presione el
centro del dial para aceptar el ajuste predeterminado.
NOTA: Hay un total de cuatro posiciones de memoria para las recetas de su parrilla. Si ya ha guardado cuatro recetas y desea
crear una nueva, deberá eliminar una de las recetas ya existentes para hacer espacio para la nueva receta.
NOTA: Super Smoke (Súper ahumado) solo se puede
utilizar cuando la temperatura de la parrilla se sitúa entre
74 °C–107 °C (165 °F225 °F).
