Enchufe la sonda en la toma situada en el controlador
WiFIRE. Consulte “Uso de la parrilla” para encender la parrilla.
Cuando esté encendida, el controlador reconocerá la sonda y
se iluminará el icono de sonda en la esquina superior derecha
de la pantalla del controlador.
Presione MENU (menú); desplácese y seleccione PROBE
(sonda). Se le indicará que defina una alarma de la sonda
para la temperatura interna que debe alcanzarse. Seleccione
SET ALARM (definir alarma). Después, en el menú de la
sonda, utilice el dial para elegir la temperatura que desea
que alcance la carne.
Cuando esté definida la alarma de la sonda, la pantalla inicial
mostrará la temperatura de la parrilla, la temperatura que
alcanzará la sonda y el estado de la parrilla. Cuando la carne
alcance la temperatura definida para la alarma, se emitirá un
tono audible. Si está utilizando la app Traeger WiFIRE, recibirá
una notificación en su dispositivo inteligente conectado,
además de poder visualizar el estado de la parrilla durante
el proceso de cocción.
Cuando la parrilla se haya precalentado a la temperatura
requerida, introduzca los alimentos. Introduzca la sonda a
través del orificio en el lateral de la parrilla e inserte la punta
de la sonda hasta la mitad de la porción más gruesa de carne,
pero no en la grasa y sin tocar el hueso.
Si la parrilla está apagada:
