■ Bij het opkrikken van uw auto
Voorzorgsmaatregelen die u in acht moet nemen ter voorkoming van ernstig let-
sel:
● Volg bij het gebruik van een garagekrik altijd de bij de krik geleverde handlei-
ding.
● Gebruik niet de krik die bij uw auto is geleverd.
● Zorg ervoor dat er zich geen lichaamsdelen bevinden onder een auto die
alleen door een krik wordt ondersteund.
● Gebruik altijd een garagekrik en/of speciale bokken op een stevige, horizon-
tale ondergrond.
● Start de motor niet als de auto op een garagekrik staat.
● Breng de auto op een horizontale, stevige ondergrond tot stilstand, activeer de
parkeerrem en zet de selectiehendel in stand P (auto's met Multidrive CVT), E,
M of R (auto's met Multi-Mode Transmissie) of R (auto's met handgeschakelde
transmissie).
● Controleer of de krikkop goed in het kriksteunpunt aangrijpt.
Als de auto wordt opgekrikt, terwijl de krik niet goed is geplaatst, kan de auto
beschadigd raken of van de krik vallen.
● Krik de auto niet op als er zich nog iemand in de auto bevindt.
● Plaats bij het opkrikken van de auto niets op of onder de garagekrik.
● Gebruik voor het opkrikken van de auto
een garagekrik zoals aangegeven in de
afbeelding.
