1-3. Openen, sluiten en vergrendelen van de portieren

■ Aanwijzing voor de instapfunctie
● Zelfs als de elektronische sleutel zich binnen het detectiegebied bevindt,
werkt het systeem in de volgende gevallen mogelijk niet juist:
• De elektronische sleutel bevindt zich te dicht bij de ruit of portiergreep,
te dicht bij de grond of te hoog als de portieren worden vergrendeld of
ontgrendeld.
• De elektronische sleutel ligt op het dashboard, op de bagageafdekking,
op de vloer of in een portiervak of het dashboardkastje wanneer het
hybridesysteem wordt gestart of de stand van het contact wordt gewij-
zigd.
● Laat de elektronische sleutel niet boven op het dashboard of in de buurt
van de portiervakken liggen wanneer u de auto verlaat. Afhankelijk van
de aanwezige radiogolven wordt door de antenne mogelijk waargeno-
men dat de sleutel zich buiten de auto bevindt en wordt de auto vergren-
deld, waardoor de elektronische sleutel mogelijk in de auto wordt
opgesloten.
● Zolang de elektronische sleutel zich binnen het detectiegebied bevindt,
kunnen de portieren door een willekeurige persoon worden vergrendeld
en ontgrendeld.
● Zelfs als de elektronische sleutel zich buiten de auto bevindt, kan het
hybridesysteem mogelijk worden gestart als de elektronische sleutel zich
in de buurt van de ruit bevindt.
● De portieren worden mogelijk ontgrendeld als er een grote hoeveelheid
water op de portiergreep terechtkomt, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een zware
regenbui of in een wasstraat wanneer de elektronische sleutel zich bin-
nen het detectiegebied bevindt. (De portieren zullen na ongeveer 30
seconden automatisch weer vergrendeld worden als ze niet geopend en
gesloten worden.)
● Als de afstandsbediening wordt gebruikt om de portieren te vergrendelen
terwijl de elektronische sleutel zich in de nabijheid van de auto bevindt,
bestaat de mogelijkheid dat de portieren niet ontgrendeld worden door
de instapfunctie. (Gebruik de afstandsbediening om de portieren te ont-
grendelen.)
