5-2. Stappen die genomen moeten worden in noodgevallen
Bij problemen
Als uw auto in geval van nood tot stilstand moet worden gebracht
Zet de auto alleen in noodgevallen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer de auto
niet op de normale manier stilgezet kan worden, als volgt stil:
Trap geleidelijk het rempedaal met beide voeten stevig in.
Rem niet “pompend”; hierdoor is meer kracht nodig om de auto
tot stilstand te brengen.
Zet de selectiehendel in stand N.
Als de selectiehendel in stand N is gezet
Breng de auto, zodra hij voldoende is afgeremd, op een
veilige plaats langs de weg tot stilstand.
Zet de motor af.
Als de selectiehendel niet in stand N kan worden gezet
Blijf het rempedaal met beide voeten intrappen om de rij-
snelheid van de auto zo veel mogelijk af te remmen.
Zet de motor af door de start-
knop gedurende ten minste
3 seconden ingedrukt te hou-
den.
Breng de auto op een veilige plaats tot stilstand.
