8. Gelijktijdig inschakelen
ruitensproeiers en ruitenwissers
Door aan de hendel te trekken treden
de ruitenwissers en -sproeiers in
werking.
De ruitenwissers zullen automatisch
een aantal slagen maken als de
ruitensproeiers worden ingeschakeld.
Auto's met koplampsproeiers: Als de
koplampen aan zijn en u de hendel naar
u toe trekt, werken de koplampsproeiers
één keer. Daarna werken de
koplampsproeiers elke vijfde keer dat u
de hendel naar u toe trekt.
De ruitenwissers en ruitensproeiers
kunnen worden bediend als
Het contact AAN staat.
Wisslag om druppelvorming te
voorkomen
Na enkele slagen volgt een pauze en maken
de wissers nog een slag om de laatste
druppels te verwijderen. Deze functie werkt
echter niet tijdens het rijden.
Effecten van de rijsnelheid op de
ruitenwisserwerking
De rijsnelheid heeft invloed op de
intervalwerking.
Regensensor
• De regensensor registreert de
hoeveelheid neerslag. De auto is
voorzien van een optische sensor.
Deze werkt mogelijk niet goed als
zonlicht van de opkomende of
ondergaande zon af en toe op de
voorruit valt of als er insecten o.i.d. op
de voorruit zitten.
• Als de ruitenwisserschakelaar in de
stand AUTO wordt gezet terwijl het
contact AAN is, maken de
ruitenwissers één wisbeweging om
aan te geven dat de stand AUTO is
ingeschakeld.
•
Wanneer de sensorgevoeligheidsring in
de stand AUTO naar een hoge
gevoeligheid wordt gedraaid, werken de
ruitenwissers één keer om aan te geven
dat de gevoeligheid is verhoogd.
• Als de temperatuur van de
regensensor 85°C of hoger is, of -15°C
of lager, werkt de automatische
functie mogelijk niet. Zet de
ruitenwisserschakelaar in dat geval in
een andere modus dan AUTO.
Als er geen vloeistof uit de
ruitensproeiers komt
Controleer of er ruitensproeiervloeistof
in het reservoir aanwezig is en
controleer als dat het geval is of de
sproeierkoppen niet verstopt zijn.
Sproeierkopverwarming (indien
aanwezig)
De sproeierkopverwarming treedt in
werking wanneer de buitentemperatuur
5°C of lager is en het contact AAN staat.
Functie aan het openen van het
voorportier gekoppeld onderbreken
van de ruitenwissers voor
Als, terwijl de auto stilstaat en de
parkeerrem is geactiveerd of de
selectiehendel in stand P staat, een
