When the buttonhole stitching is
unsuccessful
When the buttonhole stitching is
unsuccessful, always proceed with
the next measures before stitching a
new buttonhole.
A.• When the stitching was unsuc-
cessful at the positions ➀ ~ ➁
1 Return the buttonhole lever up.
2 Raise the buttonhole foot and
draw out the fabric.
3 Undo all the thread . (Using the
buttonhole cutter will help)
4 Remove the thread from the
needle eye and run the ma-
chine10 stitches.
5 Stitch a new buttonhole from the
beginning.
B.• When the stitching was unsuc-
cessful at the positions ➂ ~ ④
1 Raise the buttonhole foot and
draw out the fabric.
2 Undo all the thread . (Using the
buttonhole cutter will help)
3 Stitch a new buttonhole from the
beginning.
Adjusting the stitch balance
C.Occasionally, the left and right
buttonhole columns may need to
be balanced on specialty fabric.
In this case adjust stitch balance
by turning the buttonhole stitch
adjuster on the back of the
machine. Use a coin or the
screwdriver to turn the buttonhole
stitch adjuster.
D.• When the right side of the
buttonhole is too dense, turn the
buttonhole stitch adjuster to the
direction.
E.• When the left side of the button-
hole is too dense, turn the but-
tonhole stitch adjuster to the
direction.
Ojales mal hechos
Si los ojales están mal hechos,
tome las medidas siguientes antes
de pasar a otro ojal.
A.• Si salen mal los lados ➀ y ➁
1 Levante la palanca para ojales.
2 Levante el prensatelas y saque la
tela.
3 Deshaga toda la costura. (Utilice
para ello el abreojales)
4 Saque el hilo de la aguja y haga
10 puntadas.
5 Vuelva a hacer el ojal.
B.• Si salen mal los lados ➂ y ④
1 Levante el prensatelas y saque la
tela.
2 Deshaga toda la costura. (Utilice
para ello el abreojales)
3 Vuelva a hacer el ojal.
Ajuste de la puntada
C.Con ciertos tipos de tela, es a
veces necesario ajustar los lados
derecho e izquierdo de los ojales.
Para ello, gire el mando de ajuste
de la puntada de los ojales,
situado en la parte de atrás de la
máquina. Utilice una moneda o
un destornillador para girar el
mando.
D.• Si las puntadas del lado
derecho del botón están
demasiado separadas, gire el
mando de ajuste de la puntada
en la dirección .
E.• Si las puntadas del lado derecho
del botón están demasiado
juntas, gire el mando de ajuste
de la puntada en la dirección .
Si la boutonnière n'est pas réussie
Si la boutonnière n'est pas réussie,
prenez les mesures suivantes avant
de la refaire.
A.• Les côtés ➀ et ➁ de la
boutonnière sont ratés
1 Relevez le levier de boutonnière.
2 Relevez le pied-de-biche et
sortez le tissu.
3 Décousez toute la boutonniere (a
l'aide du decouseur).
4 Sortez le fil de l'aiguille et faites
10 points.
5 Recommencez la boutonnière
depuis le début.
B.• Les côtés ➂ et ④ de la
boutonnière sont ratés
1 Relevez le pied-de-biche et
sortez le tissu.
2 Décousez toute la boutonnière (à
l'aide du découseur).
3 Recommencez la boutonnière
depuis le début.
Equilibrage du point
C.Sur certains tissus, il est parfois
nécessaire d'équilibrer les côtés
gauche et droit de la
boutonnière. Pour ce faire, réglez
le point à l'aide du bouton de
réglage du point de boutonniere,
situé a l'arrière de la machine.
Servez-vous d'une pièce de
monnaie ou d'un tournevis pour
tourner le bouton.
D.• Si les points du côté droit de la
boutonnière sont trop serrés,
tournez le bouton de réglage du
point de boutonniere dans le
sens .
E.• Si les points du côté gauche de
la boutonnière sont trop serrés,
tournez le bouton de réglage du
point de boutonnière dans le
sens .
