1-2. Openen, sluiten en vergrendelen van de portieren

Voordat u gaat rijden
WAARSCHUWING
● Als er op de achterklep een fietsendrager of een vergelijkbaar zwaar onder-
deel gemonteerd is, kan de achterklep na het openen plotseling dichtvallen
waardoor lichaamsdelen bekneld kunnen raken en letsel kan optreden. Wij
raden u aan om originele Toyota-onderdelen te gebruiken wanneer u accessoi-
res op de achterklep wilt monteren.
OPMERKING
■ Achterklepgasdempers
De achterklep is voorzien van gasdempers die de achterklep op zijn plaats hou-
den.
Neem onderstaande voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht.
Het niet in acht nemen van de voorzorgsmaatregelen kan de gasdempers
beschadigen en ernstig letsel tot gevolg hebben.
● Bevestig nooit stickers, kunststoffolie,
zelfklevende voorwerpen, enz. aan de
gasdemper.
● Raak de binnenpoot van de gasdemper
nooit aan met handschoenen of andere
stoffen voorwerpen.
● Bevestig alleen originele Toyota-acces-
soires aan de achterklep.
● Plaats uw handen nooit op de steun van
de gasdemper en oefen hierop nooit zij-
delingse krachten uit.
