6.0 Scan functies
Als een barcodescanner is aangesloten kunt u eenvoudig PLU’s programmeren en instellingen van PLU’s wijzigen.
Omdat deze PLU’s niet op het toetsenbord zijn geplaatst kunt u geen gebruik maken van [WIJZIG PRIJS] en/of
[WIJZIG NAAM]. Als u een naam wilt wijzigen van een artikel met een barcode moet u gebruik maken van het
standaard programmeervel (zie ook volgende pagina). Het QWERTY toetsenbord kunt u niet gebruiken.
NIEUWE PLU PROGRAMMEREN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [2][7] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Volg daarna de instructies (naam, prijs, gekoppelde groep, etc. invoeren).
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
OMSCHRIJVING VAN EEN PLU WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [2][8] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de omschrijving in (max. 16 karakters) en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
PRIJS VAN EEN PLU WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [2][9] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de prijs in (geen ‘punt’ (.) gebruiken) en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
BEGINVOORRAAD VAN EEN PLU WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][0] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de nieuwe beginvoorraad in en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
VOORRAAD VAN EEN PLU BIJBOEKEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][1] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de nieuwe voorraad in en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
VOORRAAD VAN EEN PLU AFBOEKEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][2] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de voorraad in die afgeboekt moet worden en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
OMSCHRIJVING VAN EEN GROEP WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][3] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de omschrijving in (max. 16 karakters) en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
OMSCHRIJVING VAN EEN HOOFDGROEP WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][4] en druk op [START].
Scan de barcode van het artikel.
Voer de omschrijving in (max. 12 karakters) en druk op [INPUT].
Scan eventueel een volgend artikel of draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
DATUM WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][5] en druk op [START].
Voer de datum in (JJJJMMDD) en druk op [INPUT].
Draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
TIJD WIJZIGEN:
Zet de sleutel in de stand P1, toets in [3][6] en druk op [START].
Voer de tijd in (UUMM) en druk op [INPUT].
Draai de sleutel terug naar de stand R.
