Rešavanje problema
Moj računar uopšte ne prepoznaje čvrsti disk.
■ Proverite da li su svi spojevi čvrsti.
■ Ako se vaša pogonska jedinica povezuje preko USB čvorišta, ona mora
da ima svoj izvor napajanja.
■ Ako koristite dodatnu karticu, proverite da li radi ispravno i ažurirajte
softver/firmver. Ako koristite Windows XP, treba da imate Service Pack
1 ili noviji.
Da li je opasno ako je pogonska jedinica topla tokom rada?
O: To je normalno, i stoga nije opasno.
Pogonska jedinica prikazuje poruku: „Device cannot start“ (Uređaj ne može
da se pokrene).
O: Postoje dva moguća razloga. Ili je problem sa napajanjem ili treba da
proverite spojeve, ili je pogonska jedinica pokvarena i potreban je
servis.
Ne mogu da vidim moju pogonsku jedinicu u „My Computer“ (Moj računar),
ali se pojavljuje u Device Manager (Upravljač uređaja).
O: Sledite ova uputstva:
1. Kliknite desnim tasterom na „My Computer“ (Moj računar).
2. U iskačućem meniju izaberite „Manage“ (Upravljaj).
3. Izaberite „Disk Management“ (Upravljanje diskom).
Trebalo bi da vidite listu dostupnih uređaja za skladištenje.
4. Proverite da li se na listi nalazi vaša pogonska jedinica.
5. Kliknite desnim tasterom na okvir sa desne strane i izaberite „Delete
Partition“ (Izbriši particiju) u iskačućem meniju.
6. Kliknite desnim tasterom na okvir i izaberite „Create New Partition“
(Kreiraj novu particiju) u iskačućem meniju.
7. Zatim izaberite „Primary Partition“ (Glavna particija) u prozoru
čarobnjaka za particije. Kliknite na Next (Dalje).
8. Prikazaće se slovo pogonske jedinice, koje vi možete da promenite.
Kliknite na Next (Dalje).
9. Potvrdite da biste formatirali pogonsku jedinicu.
Tokom pokušaja formatiranja pogonske jedinice, dobijam poruku
„Could not complete format“ (Formatiranje ne može da se završi).
O: Uzrok tome je možda formatiranje pogonske jedinice sa FAT sistemom
datoteke.
Isprobajte „NTFS“ sistem datoteke. Ovo treba da reši problem.
