56 User Settings

Tap the search icon on the list screen of the address book.

Enter the search items.

Tap [Search].

Registering groups

Select the group tab, then tap the blank group on the list screen, and then tap [Entry].

Enter the group name and index, and then tap [OK].

Select the contacts to be added to the group, and then tap [OK].

Editing groups

Select the group tab, then select the group on the list screen, and then tap [Edit].

Enter the group name and index, and then tap [OK].

Select the contacts to be added to the group, and then tap [OK].

Searching for groups by group name

Select the group tab, and then tap the search icon on the list screen.

Enter the group name, ID number, or index, and then tap [Search].

Check E-mail

You can check for new e-mails (Internet Faxes) on the POP3 server. If a new e-mail is on the POP3 server, the MFP

automatically prints the e-mail data after retrieving them from the POP3 server.

Internet Fax

You can make settings for the TTI recording and RTI recording for internet fax jobs.

Print

You can change the default color mode for USB direct printing.

Bluetooth Printing

You can set the paper size and paper type used for Bluetooth printing.

Wi-Fi DIRECT Setting

When the Wireless LAN Module is installed, you can make settings for Wi-Fi Direct. For details, refer to the operator's

manual.
