PRINTING FROM macOS APPLICATIONS
Enhancing images (Resolution)
Sets the resolution.
For multifunctional digital color system (Color MFP)

Select [Print] from the [File] menu of the application.

Set a value in [Resolution] from the [Color Settings 1] menu.
Resolution
600 dpi: Prints in 600 x 600 dpi.
1200 dpi: Prints in 1200 x 1200 dpi.
When [1200dpi] is selected for the following models, printing is performed at 3600 dpi (equivalent) x 1200 dpi
in both the color mode and the black and white mode.
- e-STUDIO2525AC/3025AC/3525AC/4525AC/5525AC/6525AC
- e-STUDIO6528A Series
- e-STUDIO7527AC Series
- e-STUDIO9029 Series

When [Photo] or [Presentation] is selected from [Image Type] on the [Color Settings 1] tab and [1200dpi] are
not available.
The [Auto Trapping] function is not available when printing at [1200 dpi].
Printing speed may be reduced if you select [1200dpi].
The method to use [Automatic Change of Paper Source] differs depending on the model and the optional
configuration.
- When [Automatic Change of Paper Source] is used for the drawer with envelope or non-standard size paper
placed, set [1200dpi] for [Resolution].
Set the paper with its long edge at the front in the drawer. For details, see the reference below:
