Laat na langdurige werkzaamheden met een laag toerental de machine afkoelen door
deze enkele minuten met een hoog toerental onbelast te laten lopen.
Instellen van de freesdiepte

Met behulp van knoppen 8, 9, 11 en 15 kan de freesdiepte worden ingesteld. Na het
correct instellen van de freesdiepte kan op 0,1 mm nauwkeurig de gewenste groef
worden gefreesd.
Voorbereiding:
• Monteerhetgewenstefreesbitjeindebovenfrees.
• Draaiklemhendel(11)los:debovenfreeskannutegendeveerdrukinomlaag
worden geduwd.
• Duwdebovenfreesomlaagtotdathetfreesbitjehetwerkstukraaktenvergrendelde
bovenfrees weer met klemhendel (11).
• Draaiknop9los(tegendewijzersvandeklokin).
• Zetdraaiknop15opde“0”-stand.
• Draaidiepteregelinghelemaalomlaagmetdraaiknop8.
• Draaiknop9vast(metwijzersvandeklokmee):nuisdefreesdiepteprecies0mm
diep.
Snelinstelling:
• Leesdewaardeopdeschaalaanduiding(12).
• Draaiknop9los(tegendewijzersvandeklokin).
• Verdraaiknop8enleesopnieuwdewaardeopdeschaalaanduiding:hetverschil
tussen beide waardes is de ingestelde freesdiepte.
Voorbeeld: Waarde op de schaalaanduiding (12) in de “0”-stand is 8,5. Na het
verdraaien van de knop (8) is de waarde 7,0. De ingestelde freesdiepte is nu 1,5 cm.
• Draaiknop9weervast.
Fijne instelling:
• Draaiknop9los(tegendewijzersvandeklokin)
• Deknop(15)aandebovenzijdestaatnogopde“0”-stand.Draaidezehelemaal
rond tegen de wijzers van de klok in totdat deze opnieuw op de “0”-stand staat: de
freesdiepte is nu met 1,0 mm afgenomen.
• Desgewenstkandefreesdiepteop0,1mmnauwkeurigwordenafgesteld.
• Draaiknop9weervast.
Instellen m.b.v. de revolver-diepteaanslag
De revolver-diepteaanslag maakt het mogelijk om snel tussen zes verschillende
freesdieptes te kiezen. Deze kunnen eveneens worden bepaald door de diepteaanslag
(10) in te stellen.
• Steldegewenstefreesdieptein,doormiddelvanhetdraaienvanderevolver-
diepteaanslag (21).
