17 Topcom garantia
17.1 Período de garantia
As unidades Topcom têm um período de garantia de 24 meses. O período de garantia entra em
efeito a partir da data de compra da unidade. Não há nenhuma garantia em baterias padrão ou
recarregáveis (tipo de AA/AAA).
Consumíveis e defeitos que causem um efeito neglig
enciável sobre o funcionamento ou o valor
do equipamento não se encontram cobertos por esta garantia.
A prova de garantia terá de ser dada com a apresentação
da respectiva confirmação de compra,
ou uma cópia da mesma, no qual aparecem indicados a data de compra bem como o modelo da
unidade.
17.2 Exclusões de garantia
