1 INSTALLATION

You can use batteries or an AC adaptor to activate the telephone display. When you install the batteries,

the telephone lines at the back of the phone have to be disconnected.

To insert the batteries, take the following steps :

• Use a screwdriver or any other flat tool to open the battery compartment.

• Put four 1,5V (AAA) batteries inside the battery compartment.

• Close the battery compartment carefully.

Note : When the “Battery empty” symbol appears on the display, the batteries need to be replaced by new ones.

To install the phone, you have to do the following :

• Connect one end of the telephone cable to the Clip Phone 101 and the other end to the receiver.

• Connect one end of the telephone line to the back of the phone “LINE” and the other end to the

telephone line wall socket.
