4.4 Mottagarlista
Callmaster 220 har en mottagarlista där du kan spara minst 80
inkommande telefonnummer med namn. Telefonnummer som du
mottagit mer än en gång, sparas också med repeteringsikonen ‘RTP’
Varje inkommande samtal sparas i mottagarlistan med indikerat datum
och klockslag.
i standbyläge visas antalet nya samtal och det totala antalet samtal i
displayen, t ex:
- NY 03 – Du har 3 nya samtal i mottagarlistan.
- TOTAL 10 – Det finns 10 samtal totalt i mottagarlistan: 3 nya och 7
gamla (redan avlästa) samtal.
4.4.1 Bläddra igenom motagarlistan
Du kan bläddra igenom mottagarlistan med knapparna Upp och Ner
. När du kommer till början/slutet av listan, visas
”BÖRJAN/SLUTET” i displayen. Varje gång ett nytt samtal kommer in,
visas ”NEW” i displayen. Antalet inkommande samtal visas under
”CALL#” i displayen. Det högsta numret är det senast mottagna
numret. Nummer 1 är det äldsta.
Till exempel: När du har tagit emot 4 samtal och du trycker på
knappen Ner , visas det senast mottagna numret i displayen. Om du
trycker på knappen Ner igen, visas nästa nummer.
