Answering machine
During playback, you can:

10.3 Remote operation
The answering machine can be operated remotely using a touch-tone phone (DTMF tone selection
system). The remote control is menu operated.
To enter the remote operation
• Press the skip back key once to go to the beginning of the current message.
• Press the skip back key twice to go to the previous message.
• Press the stop key to stop the playback.
• Press the delete key to erase the current message.
• Press the play/pause key to interrupt the playback. Press the play/pause key
again to restart playback.
• Press the skip forward key to go to the next message.
1 Enter the menu.
2 Select “ANSW MACHINE” and confirm.
3 Select “PLAY”and confirm.
4 The amount of new messages will be show.
5 Press the OK key to select other options:
6 Select “REPEAT” to play back the current message and confirm.
7 Select “PREVIOUS” to play back the previous message and confirm.
8 Select “NEXT” to play back the next message and confirm.
9 Select “DELETE” to delete and confirm.
10 After the play back, to stop press the ESC- key.
1 In standby, press and hold the delete key.
1 Enter the menu.
2 Select “ANSW MACHINE” and confirm.
3 Select “DELETE ALL” and confirm.
1 Call your machine.
The answering machine picks up the line after set ring delay or when it’s
turned OFF after 10 rings.
# 2 During the outgoing message or beeps
, press the ‘#’ key long.
3 Slowly dial the PIN code (default = ‘0000’).
4 If the PIN code is correct and the unit has new messages, it will start to
pronounce the amount of new messages and also play them. When all
messages are played, the unit will go into command mode and you will hear
beeps.
• If the unit doesn’t have any new messages it will go also in command
mode.
