6. GARANTI

• Garantiperioden er på 24 måneder. Garantien ydes på grundlag af

originalfakturaen hhv. betalingsbeviset, som skal være forsynet med købsdato og

apparatets type.

• Under garantiperioden udbedrer Topcom gratis alle defekter, som skyldes

materiale- eller produktionsfejl. Topcom yder efter eget valg garanti ved

reparation eller ombytning af det defekte apparat.

• Garantikravet bliver ugyldigt i tilfælde af indgreb ved køberen eller ubeføjede

tredje parter.

• Defekter, som skyldes uforskriftsmæssig håndtering eller betjening hhv. opstår

p.g.a. anvendelse af reservedele og tilbehør, som ikke er originale eller anbefalet

af Topcom, falder ikke ind under garantiydelsen.

• Garanti ydes ikke, hvis defekterne skyldes ydre omstændigheder som lynnedslag,

vand eller brand eller hvis apparatnumret på apparatet er blevet ændret, fjernet

eller gjort ulæseligt.

OBS: Husk at vedlægge købsbeviset, hvis De returnerer apparatet.
