1. Entfernen Sie Uhren, Schmuck usw. bevor Sie
die Manschette anlegen. Ärmel sollten
aufgekrempelt werden.
2. Drücken Sie mit zwei Fingern auf Ihre
Oberarmarterie ungefähr 2,5 cm über dem
Ellenbogen an der Innenseite Ihres linken
Arms um festzustellen, wo Ihr stärkster Puls
ist.
3. Schieben Sie das vom Schlauch am weitesten
entfernte Ende der Armmanschette durch den
Metallring zu einer Schlaufe. Der weiche Stoff
sollte sich an der Innenseite der Manschette
befinden. Der Klettverschluss sollte sich an der
Außenseite der Manschette befinden.
4. Schieben Sie den linken Arm durch die
Schlaufe der Manschette. Die Unterseite der
Manschette sollte ungefähr 1,5 cm über dem
Ellenbogen sein. Die Manschette sollte über
der Oberarmarterie an der Innenseite des
Arms liegen.
5. Ziehen Sie die Manschette so fest, dass die
obere und untere Kante um Ihren Arm
angezogen sind.
