EINSTELLUNG DER TRAININGSBELASTUNG
Am RECHTEN GEBLÄSEGEHÄUSE (43) befindet sich ein
SCHALLDÄMPFER (42). Die Markierung am
SCHALLDÄMPFER (42) so einstellen, dass sie auf die Nummern
am RECHTEN GEBLÄSEGEHÄUSE (43) zeigt, um die
Trainingsbelastung einzustellen. Die kann zwischen 1 und 9
eingestellt werden. 1 entspricht dem geringsten Widerstand. 9
entspricht dem höchsten Widerstand.
POSITION DES GRIFFBÜGELS
Der GRIFFBÜGEL (3) kann an dem Haken an der COMPUTERSÄULE (6) eingehakt werden (siehe
Abbildung A). Sie können den GRIFFBÜGEL (3) auch an der GRIFFBÜGEL-HALTERUNG (52)
befestigen (siehe Abbildung B).

EINSTELLUNG DER FERSENKAPPE
Die Position der FERSENKAPPE (45) kann angepasst werden.
(Siehe Abbildung.) Ziehen Sie die FERSENKAPPE (45) aus den
beiden Wölbungen in der PEDALHALTERUNG (5) heraus und
verschieben Sie dann die FERSENKAPPE (45) in die
gewünschte Position. Fixieren Sie dann die FERSENKAPPE (45)
an dieser Stelle, indem Sie die Einstellöffnungen über die beiden
Wölbungen drücken.
Überprüfen Sie die Nummern auf den FERSENKAPPEN (45), um
sicher zu stellen, dass die FERSENKAPPEN (45) an der gleichen
Stelle sitzen.
