7. Mode compétition

7.1 Appuyer sur le bouton UP (augmenter) ou DOWN (diminuer) pour sélectionner le mode Race (compétition)

(figure 10) et appuyer sur ENTER pour confirmer.

7.2 Appuyer sur le bouton UP (augmenter) ou DOWN (diminuer) pour paramétrer SPM (présélectionné=10) et

DISTANCE (présélectionné=500) (figure 11). Appuyer sur ENTER pour confirmer.

(Total niveau =15, L1=1:00 TIME (temps)/500M, L15=8:00 TIME (temps)/500M, augmentation par défaut : 0:30

TIME(TEMPS)/500M.

7.3 Appuyer sur la touche START/STOP pour commencer l’entrainement. L’écran LCD affichera USER & PC

workout status(statut entrainement utilisateur & ordinateur) (figure 12). Affichage

de la distance d’entrainement ordinateur dans la colonne PC et de la distance de l’utilisateur dans la colonne

USER (utilisateur) (figure 13).

7.4 Quand une fonction atteint la valeur cible, le système s’arrête. L’ordinateur ou l’utilisateur affichera la valeur

finale (figure 14). Le système émettre un bi-bi-bi-bi d’alarme. Appuyer sur n’importe quelle touche pour arrêter

l’alarme.

7.5 Appuyer sur RESET pour retourner au menu principal
