Bouton MODE
Appuyez sur MODE avant l'exercice pour choisir l'un des
obje
ctifs auxquels vous voulez diriger votre entraînement,
en défilant: Durée (Temps), Nombre de coups d'aviron
(Nombre), Distance (Distance), Calories (Calories) et
Pulsation cardiaques (Pulse).
Bouton SUPPRIMER (DELETE)
Appuyez sur DELETE pour réinitialiser toutes les données en
mémoire.
Boutons + / -
Utilisez les boutons +/- pour définir les objectifs
d'entraînement:
Durée, nombre de coups d'aviron, distance, calories et
pulsations.
Bouton RECOUPERATION (RECOVERY)
• Après avoir terminé un exercice, appuyez sur
RECOVERY pour démarrer la fonction de récupération
d'impulsion. La fonction RECOVERY permet d'obtenir un
index de vérification des améliorations de capacité
cardiovasculaire acquises, en relation avec les progrès de
votre entraînement. Il est suggéré d'effectuer des tests
hebdomadaires après un exercice d'une durée constante
de 30 minutes, à la fin de laquelle il est nécessaire
d'arrêter de pédaler et appuyez sur le bouton RECOVERY
en mettant vos mains sur les capteurs de détection
d'impulsions cardiaques. Après un compte à rebours de 60
secondes sur l'écran sera affiché l'indice de performance ,
caractérisé par six niveaux:
Niveau 1 = EXCELLENT (indice de performance)
Niveau 2 = TRES BIEN " "
Niveau 3 = BON " "
Niveau 4 = DISCRET " "
Niveau 5 = SUFFISANT " "
Niveau 6 = NON SUFFISANT " "
