Sound emission
Noise emission values are measured according to the
relevant standards.
Sound pressure level LpA 90 dB(A)
Uncertainty K 3 dB(A)
Sound power level LwA 101 dB(A)
Uncertainty K 3 dB(A)
Vibration ah2.90 m/s²
Uncertainty K 1.5 m/s²
The indicated vibration emission value has been
measured using a standardized test procedure and
can be used to compare one electric tool with ano-
ther;
The indicated vibration emission value can also be
used in a preliminary exposure assessment.
Depending on how the power tool is used, the vib-
ration emission value may differ from the specied
value when the power tool is actually used;
Try to keep the exposure to vibrations as low as
possible. Actions reducing the exposure to vibration
include, for example, wearing gloves when the tool
is used and limiting the working time. Here, all as-
pects of the operating cycle must be considered (for
example, the times when the tool is turned off, and
those when the tool is turned on but running without
load).
Storage
The whole machine and all accessories must be tho-
roughly cleaned.
Store the machine always out of children’s reach.
Put it in a secure position in a dry and safe place
where no extremely high or extremely low tempera-
tures may occur.
Protect the stored machine from direct sunlight; put
it in a darkened area, if feasible.
Do not wrap the machine into bags or covers made
of nylon or plastic, as dampness may develop.
Switching on/off
Do not use any device where the switch can not be
switched on and off. Damaged switches must be
repaired or replaced immediately by the customer
service.
Switching on (Fig.5)
Operate the trip switch (5) at rst. Press the ON/
OFF button (4) on the handle.
Start the machine at the lowest rotational speed
(Level 1).
Switching off
Release the ON/OFF handle button.
This machine is not suited for continuous opera-
tion.
Speed control (Fig.6)
With this type, the motor‘s speed and thus the agitator
performance can be adjusted. (Level 1 - 6).
You can continuously adjust the speed with the
speed control (6).
2- speed gear (Fig.7)
The device is equipped with a 2-speed gear.
For the speed selection turn the switch (7) by 180°.
1. speed: 0 min–1 - 450 min–1
2. speed: 0 min-1 - 790 min-1
Only operate this switch at standstill.
Working with the paint and mortar mixing tool
Before changing the mixing tool you must pull the po-
wer plug.
Reduce the working speed when you immerse the mi-
xing tool into the material you want to mix and when
you take it out again. When the mixing tool is fully im-
mersed, raise the speed to maximum in order to ensu-
re adequate cooling of the motor. Move the mixing tool
through the mixing container during the mixing operati-
on. Continue mixing until all the material has been tho-
roughly processed. When you are nished with your
mixing work, clean the mixing tool.
Cleaning and Maintenance
ATTENTION!
Unplug the power plug from the electrical outlet
before starting any work on the power tool.
Cleaning
Keep the air vents of the machine clean in order to
prevent overheating.
Clean the machine’s casing regularly with a soft
cloth, preferably after each use.
Keep the air vents free from dust and dirt.
If the dirt cannot be removed easily, use a cloth that
is moistened with soapy water.
ATTENTION!
Do not use solvents such as benzene, alcohol, am-
monia solutions, etc. These solvents may damage
the plastic parts.
