Définir un objectif pour le corps
Remarque : vous ne pouvez pas définir un objectif directement sur votre TomTom Touch, vous
devez utiliser l'appli MySports ou le site Internet MySports.
Pour suivre votre progression, vous pouvez fixer un objectif pour le corps à l'aide de MySports. Vous
pouvez fixer un objectif en pourcentage de masse musculaire/graisse ou un objectif de poids.
Pour fixer un objectif pour le corps, procédez comme suit dans l'appli MySports :
1. Dans le menu, touchez OBJECTIFS.
En haut de l'écran, votre objectif Pas est indiqué. Les signes plus vous permettent d'ajouter un
objectif Sport ou un objectif Corps.
2. Faites défiler l'écran et touchez le signe plus pour ajouter un objectif pour le corps.
