créer un objectif en pas par jour ou par semaine ;
créer un objectif sportif, par exemple, vélo, course à pied ou gym ;
suivre le temps consacré à l'activité physique, le nombre de pas, les calories brûlées et la
distance parcourue ;
visualiser vos progrès quotidiens et hebdomadaires par rapport à vos objectifs ;
télécharger vos données de suivi d'activité vers le site Internet TomTom MySports et vers l'appli
mobile TomTom MySports.
Passer en revue votre activité dans MySports
Vous pouvez constater votre progression par rapport à votre objectif de suivi d'activité quotidien sur
la page de tableau de bord, à la fois dans l'appli mobile MySports et sur le site Internet MySports. Le
tableau de bord est à jour et reflète la dernière synchronisation des données à partir de votre
TomTom Touch.
