VELOCIDAD: seleccione esta zona para llevar a cabo un entrenamiento con ritmo rápido
para mejorar su velocidad y su forma física.
RESISTENCIA: seleccione esta zona para llevar a cabo un entrenamiento con ritmo entre
moderado y rápido para mejorar su capacidad pulmonar y cardiaca.
FITNESS: seleccione esta zona para llevar a cabo un entrenamiento con ritmo moderado
(excelente para perder peso).
FÁCIL: seleccione esta zona para llevar a cabo un entrenamiento con un ritmo fácil de
seguir, utilizado principalmente para el calentamiento y la relajación.
PERSONALIZADO: seleccione esta opción para establecer su propia frecuencia cardiaca
mínima y máxima.
Supervisión de su progreso en una zona de frecuencia cardiaca
Nota: Para que el reloj pueda medir su frecuencia cardiaca, debe estar conectado a un sensor de
frecuencia cardiaca.
