Jeff court une fois le week-end, c'est sa seule activité physique.
Julie est une coureuse régulière. Elle court tous les matins depuis 6 mois.
Lorsque Jeff court 3 km, il gagne 500 points et atteint le niveau En progrès sur le barème de
points.
Lorsque Julie court 6 km, elle gagne aussi 500 points et atteint le niveau En progrès sur le barème
de points.
Julie étant actuellement plus en forme que Jeff, elle doit réaliser plus d'effort que lui pour gagner
des points. Julie doit courir plus longtemps et plus vite que Jeff pour gagner la même quantité de
points de forme.
Une course rapide ou un entraînement intensif permettent de gagner plus de points qu'une
marche ou des exercices moins ardus. En produisant un peu plus d'efforts chaque jour, comme
par exemple en courant un peu plus vite ou un peu plus souvent, Jeff pourrait améliorer
sensiblement sa condition cardio et son âge physiologique plus rapidement.
