PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Follow these instrucons when using the kele for the rst me: Carefully remove the kele from the packaging and remove all
packaging material. Keep the packaging (plasc bags and cardboard) out of the reach of children. Aer unpacking the appliance,
check it for external damage that may have occurred during transport. Place the kele on a heat-resistant at surface.
The minimum water lling volume is 0.5 litres. The maximum lling volume is 1.7 litres.
Prior to use, the appliance must be lled to the maximum twice and the water must be brought to the boil twice. Throw away
the boiled water and rinse the appliance with cold water. The appliance is now ready for use.
The kele is only suitable for boiling water. Never ll the kele with milk, tea, coee or other instant drinks.
Check that the voltage stated on the informaon plate matches the voltage used in your region.
Place the connecon base on a at, stable surface. Insert the plug in an earthed wall socket. Place the kele on the base.
If necessary, excess cord can be stored in the boom of the connecon base by rolling up the cord.
1. Press down the knobs on the lid to open the lid.
2. Fill the kele with the required volume of water and close the lid by pressing it close.
3. Place the kele on the connecon base and make sure the plug is in the socket.
4. Switch on the kele by pressing down the on/o switch. The indicator led lights up. The kele starts to boil the water.
5. The kele switches o automacally when the water boils.
