Würzige Asia Pommes Frites
- Kartoffeln ------------------------- 4 Stck./ 600g
- Öl----------------------------- 2 Teelöffel
- Salz ---------------------------- 1 Teelöffel
- Pfeffer --------------- 1 Teelöffel
- Schalotten-Pulver -------------- 1 Teelöffel
- Rotes Chilipulver ------------ 1/2 Teelöffel
- Knoblauchpulver --------------- 1 Teelöffel
Kartoffeln schälen und in Streifen schneiden.
Kartoffelstreifen mindestens 20 Minuten in Salzwasser tauchen und dann mit
Küchenpapier trocknen.
Schalottenpulver, Salz und Pfeffer, Knoblauchpulver, rotes Chilipulver gut
vermischen; Kartoffelstreifen unterheben.
Zum Vorheizen die Temperatur auf 180 und den Timer auf 5 Minuten einstellen;
Kartoffelstreifen gleichmäßig in den Frittierkorb legen; den Frittierkorb mit Öl-
Auffangschale zurück in das Gerät einsetzen. Stellen Sie den Timer auf 15-20
Minuten (je nach Größe der Pommes Frites), oder warten Sie bis die Pommes Frites
goldbraun sind.
*Optional: Drehen Sie die Pommes Frites um, indem Sie den Korb hrend des
Garvorgangs schütteln, um ein besseres Kochergebnis zu erzielen.
Frittierte Chicken Nuggets
- Frische Chicken Nuggets ------------ 500g
- Ei (aufgeschlagen) ------------------- 3 Stck.
- Mehl -------------------------------- 1 Tasse
- Olivenöl ----------------------------- 1 Löffel
- Weißer Pfeffer ------------ 1 Teelöffel
Zum Vorheizen die Temperatur auf 200 und den Timer auf 5 Minuten einstellen.
Das Hühnchen 5 Minuten lang mit einem Messer leicht weich klopfen.
