Stopping a cooking zone
1. Stopping the cooking zone can be done with one of these procedures:
a. Use the down buon to decrease the power level to 0.
b. Touch the up and down buon simultaneously.
Note:
The operaon indicator shows H to indicate the cooking zone is sll hot.
Note:
Always li the pan o the appliance, do not slide it, or it may scratch the glass.
USING THE BOOSTER MODE
The booster mode provides extra power to a cooking zone and can be acvated for one cooking zone at a me.
Note:
If you select another cooking zone during the booster mode, the power is more than the maximum available
power of the appliance. The booster mode stops automacally.
Starng the booster mode
1. Select a cooking zone by touching the up or down buon.
2. Touch the booster buon B to set the power level to the maximum. The operaon indicator shows P.
The booster mode now works for 5 minutes. Aer 5 minutes, the power level returns to 9.
Stopping the booster mode
1. Touch the booster buon B or the down buon to cancel the booster mode. The operaon indicator shows the set power
level.
LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE APPLIANCE
When the appliance is locked, you cannot operate the touch buons.
Locking the appliance
1. Make sure that the appliance is on.
2. Touch the child lock buon. The operaon indicator shows Lo when the appliance is locked.
Unlocking the appliance
1. Make sure that the appliance is on.
2. Touch the child lock buon again for a few seconds. The operaon indicator stops showing Lo when the appliance is
unlocked.
USING THE COOKING TIMER
Note:
You can use the mer with dierent sengs simultaneously for more than one cooking zone.
Note:
When the mer nishes, the mer display shows “--” and you hear a sound signal.
Note:
The cooking zone will automacally switch o when the mer is nished.
